課程概述

本課程開課對象包括醫技所及相關科系碩士班與博士班學生。內容以專題討論方式選取最新發表的期刊論文作深入與詳盡的討論,此外也選取國際相關學會的論文作通盤且全面性的研討。 

課程目標
近年腫瘤疾病的分子機轉相繼被深入探討,其中涉及基因變異,表觀基因學等引起的分子傳訊異常造成的細胞癌化行為相關研究逐漸衍生出癌症標靶之研究開發,新興腫瘤標靶分子開發,闡明藥物抗藥性產生機轉及其克服方法成為癌症治療的重要契機;各式細胞實驗及動物模型廣泛應用於相關研究,是為轉譯至臨床用途之先河.本課程主要以血液腫瘤及兒童神經母細胞瘤之分子機轉為主題,自頂尖雜誌中選取相關文獻作深入的研讀與探討.
